SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY/PROCEDURE
You must report any claims of damage or shortages within 10 days of purchase. Returns must be done before 30 days from the date of purchase and the merchandise must be returned in the same package and condition in which it was received. Most of the time we will ship via United States Postal Service.
You MUST contact us prior to returning any merchandise at which time you will be given a number that MUST be included with the returned item(s). You will not receive credit for any merchandise returned without this authorization number. Any problems or concerns you have call us at
843-733-2559 and discuss them with us as we want to work out any concerns or problems you may have. Should you get our answering machine, please leave your name, telephone number, and a brief message and we will call you back. (Please speak slow and clear.)
When returning any item(s), please include your name, address, telephone number we can reach you at, a copy of your sales receipt, a brief description of the problem and your return authorization number.
Returns with missing parts or packaging will be subject to a 20 percent restocking fee. Any returned item(s) improperly packaged that were damaged during shipping will not be refunded.
We will give you a refund or credit, for your purchase price only. We do not refund shipping and handling charges or the return postage.
